Man Charged With Murder Of Missing Manx Woman

The hunt for Manx woman who is missing and feared dead continues this morning.

Yesterday, at around 5PM, her ex husband was charged with her murder.

46 year old Robert Brown will appear in court today.

Police found a suspected grave in a woodland area and the search will continue today.

Joanna grew up on the Isle of Man, she was the daughter of a prominent property developer on the Island, Chris Simpson, she went to primary school at the Buchan.

Thames Valley Police refused to confirm they had recovered a body after forensic teams went to the area last night.
