A Peel man charged with indecent assault and rape has been bailed.
Paul McCormack of Castle Street appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 47 year old denies indecent assault on December 6 2020, and hasn't yet entered a plea to a single count of rape on the same date.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 with a condition not to contact his alleged victim, and committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
He'll appear in the higher court on a date to be fixed.
