A man charged with attacking a prisoner in Jurby’s segregation wing will appear in court again in October.
Donovan Bradley Kitching of Tromode House in Braddan appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 38 year old pleaded not guilty to carrying out the attack in the Care and Separation Unit at the Jurby facility on February 1.
Mrs Hughes granted bail in the sum of £500 and he’s next due to appear in court on October 25.
