Police have charged a man with provoking behaviour following an appeal for help last week.
Officers investigating an assault on Bay View Road in Port St Mary took to social media to find witnesses after another man sustained an injury above his eye.
It happened outside the Patchwork Café at 9pm on July 20th.
Police say the man appeared in court on Saturday but they'd still like to speak to anyone else who saw what happened; anyone with information should contact Castletown Police Station.
