A man has been charged with two counts of robbery after a burglary at the Essex home of Olympic cyclist Mark Cavendish.
According to Essex Police, 30 year-old Romario Henry was arrested over the weekend and is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today.
The incident happened at the cyclist’s home in the Ongar area at around 2:35am on Saturday 27 November.
Police added that two 27 year-old men were also arrested but have been released on bail until January.
