A Ballasalla man caught with more than a hundred grams of cannabis and drug-dealing equipment will spend the next 18 months on probation.
Kian Ronnie Cottam of Crossag Terrace appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 22 year old admitted possessing cannabis, possessing it with intent to supply it and having £700 in criminal cash in August 2021.
Prosecutor Barry Swain told the court police found snap-bags and digital scales as well as 101 grams of cannabis.
Noting he hadn’t been in trouble since his arrest, Mrs Hughes sentenced him to be supervised by probation workers and pay £50 in costs.
The £700 seized will be given away to good causes by police.
