A Ballasalla man caught with almost £600 worth of cannabis will be sentenced in May.
Kian Ronnie Cottam of Crossag Terrace appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 21 year old pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis, possessing it with intent to supply it, and possessing criminal cash.
Prosecutor Barry Swain told the hearing police were called to Cottam’s home just before 11am on August 28, 2021 on an unrelated matter.
When they arrived and searched the property, they found more than 100 grams of cannabis as well as snap bags, digital scales and £700 in cash.
Mrs Hughes asked for a probation report before sentencing, telling Cottam she was leaving all options open, including prison.
She bailed him in the sum of £500 to appear again on May 16.
