A man who'd denied obstructing police has been bound over to keep the peace for a year.
Glen Cairney of Farmhill Park in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 35 year old accepted the binding-over order in the sum of £500 and prosecutor James Robinson offered no evidence.
The charge was marked as dismissed.
