A Latvian who came to the island to work on fishing boats will be booted off the Island after serving a prison sentence.
39 year old Krists Bergmanis, of Marine Parade in Peel, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He admitted disorderly behaviour on licensed premises at the Creeek in Peel on March 31 - the court heard he was annoying customers and put his arm around one woman before being asked to leave.
He kissed a member of staff and began swearing and banging on tables before being arrested.
After hearing he'd committed similar offences recently, magistrates fined him £900 - although he said he would serve 67 days in jail in lieu of the fine.
On release he'll be excluded from the island for five years.
