A man has been arrested - as people were found congregating on Laxey beach for the second day in a row.
Police took to social media this morning to confirm the news.
Officers say at around 6am they went to the scene - to find a group of around 15 to 20 people.
Some had been in the sea swimming and some were preparing to.
Police went after a social media post insinuated the event would be taking place.
They have confirmed a man has been arrested on suspicion of breaching Covid gathering regulations and is at police headquarters.
