A Douglas man will be sentenced in September after smashing up his ex-girlfriend's bedroom.
21 year old Billy Robert Sumner, of Marathon Road, admitted damaging property during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse this week.
Police were called to her property on February 26 after Sumner threw a dressing table across the room and damaged a wardrobe.
The court heard she'd allowed him to stay overnight while she was out, but when she returned the next day found her home in a 'state of disarray'.
She discovered Sumner asleep in her bed and when she woke him and asked him to leave he went on the rampage.
Social Enquiry Reports have been requested before Sumner is sentenced on September 5 - he's been bailed until that date.
