A man's admitted possessing heroin with intent to supply it, as well as having more than £20,000 in criminal cash.
Shaun Robert Milligan of The Steadings in Douglas appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 46 year old pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing criminal property and one each of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply and failing to stop for a police officer, but entered no plea to being concerned in producing heroin and dangerous driving.
Prosecutor Rebecca Cubbon told the hearing Milligan had been stopped in Ballaugh on June 7, and police found a significant amount of cash and three mobile phones.
A search of his home uncovered a JD Sports bag stuffed with £16,950.
Milligan is said to have led police on a high-speed chase through Douglas lanes on July 17 when officers tried to stop him with a passenger in his car.
Eventually, he and his passenger abandoned the Vauxhall Astra and were arrested - police found him hiding in bushes in Glen Falcon Gardens and a search revealed he had 62 grams of heroin worth up to £12,520.
Mrs Braidwood adjourned the case until September 19 and remanded Milligan in custody.
