A Castletown man who was caught hiding Class A drugs in his socks will be sentenced next month.
20-year-old Luke Aaron Brown, from The Crofts, was found with cocaine, MDMA and ecstasy on December 17th last year.
At Douglas Courthouse yesterday Brown pleaded guilty to three charges of possession of the substances and one of possession of the Class B drug cannabis resin.
Officers stopped the vehicle he was travelling in on Castletown Road in Port St Mary at 2.20am due to a defective headlight - after noting a smell of cannabis they carried out a drug search.
They recovered cannabis with a street value of £30, £80 worth of cocaine, MDMA with a value of £25 and 57 ecstasy tablets valued at £570.
The court was told police accepted the substances were for his own personal use.
Social enquiry reports have been requested before he's sentenced on April 27th - he's been bailed until that date.
