A chef who'd denied failing to do a breath test has changed his plea.
37 year old William Daniel Hays, of Smetana Close in Castletown, pleaded guilty to failing to give a sample to police on May 27 at police headquarters.
He'd previously denied the offence, claiming he'd been unable to give a sample despite two attempts.
He was bailed to appear again for sentencing on November 7.
