A man will be sentenced in September after admitting domestic abuse against an ex-partner.
51 year old Paul Henry Campbell of Springfield Avenue in Douglas committed the offences in March.
The court heard he grabbed his ex and pinned her to a chair - and weeks later threw tea against a wall and ceiling while swearing.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn't contact his victim, and will appear again on September 24.
