A man who'd been on the Island less than a fortnight ended up throwing a punch at door staff at a Douglas pub.
38 year old James Strudwick, whose address was given as Glen Lough Campsite, admitted disorderly behaviour on licensed premises and assault when he appeared before magistrates this week.
The court heard he'd become violent and bitten a bouncer after being refused entry to JAKS pub on Loch Promenade on April 29.
He was fined a total of £800 and ordered to pay £125 costs.
