A man accused of using his phone to take an up-skirt photo is also accused of using it to spy into a changing cubicle at the National Sports Centre.
Hasan Gogebakan of Bucks Road in Douglas appeared before appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Graeme Cook at Douglas Courthouse.
The 41 year old faces two counts of provoking behaviour on September 3 and 5 – the court heard unlike in the UK there is no specific law against taking up-skirt photographs on the Island.
Deputy High Bailiff Cook bailed Mr Gogebakan in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t enter the NSC and he’s next due to appear in court on February 14.
