A former Parish Walk winner will face trial after denying being a peeping Tom.
63 year old Vincent Lynch, of Head Road in Douglas, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies provoking behaviour - the prosecution claim a woman getting out of her shower saw him looking through her window on September 8.
Mr Lynch was bailed to appear in court again at a pre-trial review hearing on November 21.
