A man accused of indecently assaulting a woman has been told not to contact his alleged victim while he’s on bail.
Kenneth Stephen Moore of The Bretney in Jurby appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 60 year old hasn’t yet entered a plea to indecently assaulting the woman at his home on February 6.
Mrs Hughes granted bail in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t contact the woman in the case, and committed him to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery, where he’ll appear again on a date to be fixed.
