A man accused of having sex with a 14 year old girl has been committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Daniel William Kelly of no fixed address appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 31 year old denies having underage sex on March 25.
Magistrates committed him to the higher court for trial and remanded him in custody until he appears there on a date to be fixed.
