A man accused of having sex with an underage girl has been remanded in custody.
Daniel William Kelly of no fixed abode appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse through a live video link from the Isle of Man Prison.
The 31 year old is said to have committed the offence on March 25 but hasn’t yet entered a plea.
There was no bail application and magistrates remanded him to the prison until his next appearance on January 19.
