A man's facing trial over allegations he used a false address to get a driving licence.
43 year old Pacifique Kubwimana of Duke Street in Douglas denies fraud by false representation and making a false statement to obtain a Manx driving licence.
The prosecution alleges he used a business address to change his UK licence over - and when that was rejected, he used someone else's address.
He was bailed to appear in court again at a pre-trial review hearing on October 17.
