A 41 year old Peel man charged with dangerous driving will appear in court again in December.
Craig Mclaughlin of Stanley Mount appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The court heard he's alleged to have overtaken a row of vehicles on a hill in a no-overtaking 30mph zone on the TT course at Ballagarey on April 21.
A witness claims to have recorded the incident on a dashcam.
Mr Mclaughlin denies the offence and was bailed to appear again on December 21.
