A man accused of breaching his community service and being drunk and incapable has been remanded in custody.
Ashley Graham Kelly of Westhill Avenue in Castletown appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
He’s said to have breached a community service order between August and November last year and been drunk and incapable on November 6.
There was no application for bail and the 29 year old was remanded in custody to appear in court again on January 18.
