A Foxdale man has appeared in court charged with assaulting the licensee of a Douglas pub.
36-year-old Richard Melia appeared at Douglas Courthouse last week - he's accused of causing actual bodily harm to the man at the Rover's Return on April 22nd.
A four week adjournment was requested - he's been bailed until his next court appearance on July 26th.
