An Onchan man accused of assault has been bailed.
Neil Anata Kane of Belgravia Road appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 42 year old pleaded not guilty to assault at his home on August 12.
Mrs Hughes bailed him to appear in court again for a pre-trial review on December 7.
