Paramount City will become a barbers, coffee shop and four-bedroom home.
The owners of a former nightclub on Douglas Promenade are celebrating after being given permission to convert the building.
Plans for the ground floor of Paramount City include a barbers and coffee shop with the first and second floors set to become a four-bedroom home.
The building, on Queen's Promenade, was put on the market last year with an asking price of £550,000.
Planning permission was granted by the Isle of Man government on 8 September.
