With Christmas fast approaching, firefighters are asking people to make sure their decorations are in good working order.
The service has taken to social media giving advice to residents on how to avoid having any potential fire hazards during the festive season.
The organisation has released a video showing how quickly fires can spread in the home if any electrical decorations go wrong and are left unattended.
Among the advice crews are giving is to make sure any tree lights are in good condition before using them, turning them off before leaving the house or going to bed and not leaving lit candles near trees.
