Isle of Man Transport is asking passengers to make sure drivers can see them during the darker nights of winter.
In a post on Facebook, Bus Vannin says if you're at a request stop, you can help make sure you're not missed by using a torch.
It says when it's dark, flagging down a bus with a torch helps drivers spot you safely and in good time.
But it also says you should keep back from the edge of the road until the bus has stopped.
