Over 70% of passengers have been satisfied with the airport service so far this year, according to Ronaldsway's interim director.
Geoff Pugh gave the update at the government conference today, Tuesday, September 23, explaining the positive feedback came from 20,000 public votes in 2025.
Mr Pugh talked about upgrades which had been introduced, such as the new departure lounge and security scanners.
He added there was also continuing improvement in flights being on time.
