Major road works in the south of the Island are running around eight weeks behind schedule.
The Department of Infrastructure has been working on Station Road and Castletown Road in Port Erin since before Christmas.
It’s in an effort to replace the worn out, cracked and uneven roads and footpaths.
However the works are now behind leaving local businesses and motorists venting their frustrations.
