In an Island first, Port Erin will trial 'low noise' fireworks this Bonfire night.
Port Erin Commissioners say they made the decision following feedback from residents.
The board opted for a 'low noise' display to address concerns that loud bangs can cause severe anxiety in pets, children and adults.
This year's display will take place on Port Erin beach on Friday, November 5 from 7.30pm.
