Plans have been resubmitted for a major development on the empty Lord Street bus station site in Douglas.
Developer Wyyttavin withdrew proposals for 85 flats and a four-screen cinema, in April.
The new resubmission by Lord Street Development SPV is identical.
It also includes a multi-level car park, tourist information centre, and new public toilets.
