The fate of a huge development in central Douglas will be decided by the planning committee this morning.
Lord Street Development of Cronkbourne wants to build a cinema, 85 flats, shops and a bus centre on the site of the former bus station.
Planning officers had recommended the application be refused, but the committee rejected the findings two weeks ago.
It's due to sit from 10am today, when the proposals will be considered again.
