The owner of the former Lord Street bus station says it's still hoping to press ahead with redevelopment plans.
This week, developer Wyyttavin withdrew a planning application for 85 flats, a cinema, restaurants, shops and an information centre on the land.
But Lord Street Development SPV Limited says the company's had to pull out for unexpected personal reasons - but the project isn't over.
In a statement, it says it hopes to resubmit plans by the end of this month.
