A Lonan self-storage company says it's hoping to expand its operations to Douglas - and create more jobs.
Elliott Storage currently operates a site in Jurby but has applied for planning permission to open a new facility in the Middle River Industrial Estate in Pulrose.
In its application, the company says it wants to put 106 storage containers on the site and hire all but two out to the public.
The company says although it wouldn't have full-time staff at the site, the expansion might mean it needs to hire extra maintenance staff.
