Could Loganair provide routes from the Island to Manchester and Birmingham?
Following the collapse of Flybe, it's been announced the Scottish airline will be taking over its former Liverpool route - providing daily flights from later this week.
It was also announced last week Loganair is taking over 16 other former Flybe routes.
However, now Loganair CEO Jonathan Hinkles said the company 'fully expects to announce an expansion of its services in the coming weeks.'
He confirmed the airline is interested in providing a further range of services to and from the Isle of Man, including operating the Liverpool route on a permanent basis and restoring the Manchester and Birmingham routes.
