A school in the south of the Island has applied for permission to turn its student accommodation into tourist facilities during school holidays.
King Williams College has applied to change the use of its boarding accommodation to house tourists.
In its application the schools says 58 beds would be available in School House.
It adds there are 90 parking spaces available on the site, and the proposals don't involve any changes to access or utilities.
