A local rider is edging closer to finishing the gruelling Dakar Rally on his first attempt.
Five-time World Enduro champion David Knight now has just two stages of the event remaining and sits 26th in the overall bike rankings after stage ten.
Staged in Saudi Arabia for the first time, the remaining two stages include a 598km run from Alula to Yanbu and the final 452km stage through to the final in Jeddah today.
He's the last Manx competitor left in the competition and the second highest ranked British racer still involved.
