A partnership between a local law firm and musical theatre society continues to back talented local performers.
Each year, DQ Advocates supports the Douglas Choral Union bursary, which is awarded to young residents as they pursue further education in performing.
The three recipients of the 2023/24 awards were officially presented with their bursaries over the festive period.
Millie Christian has just completed her first term at the Performance Preparation Academy at Guilford in Surrey, Gracel Delos Santos is in her second year at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and Alex Maxwell has begun his foundation year at the London School of Musical Theatre.
Applications for the next bursary will open in the summer.
