A local pair are swimming around the Island in a 'swim against suicide' campaign.
David Higson and Marc Purcell will swim in stages, weather and tide dependent, throughout spring, summer and autumn.
Starting this morning at 11am the duo will swim from Laxey to Groudle, with all money raised from the challenge going towards Cruse Bereavement IOM, New View Therapeutic Community and Stamp Out Suicide.
You can follow their challenge and donate on the Swim Against Suicide Isle of Man Facebook group.
