A Castletown home automation company will have to pay out more than 14,000 to two employees after losing two employment tribunal cases.
Charlotte Holden won £10,152 after proving constructive dismissal, unlawful deductions from her pay and a failure to provide payslips.
The hearing was told Beyond Habitat, based in Malew Street, hadn't given her a promised pay rise and persistently paid her late - leaving her overdrawn.
Architectural technologist James Farrell won £4,184 from the firm after showing he'd received payslips late and had never been given written terms of employment.
