Island business organisations have welcomed the government's new budget.
The Local Economy Forum says it's pleased with Treasury Minister Chris Thomas's move to raise the personal tax allowance to £17,000.
Meanwhile, the Chamber of Commerce released a statement welcoming the boost in take home pay for lower earners.
However, it adds it still has concerns about government inefficiency and continued reliance on reserves.
