Onchan Commissioners are considering two alternative recycling bring bank sites, after the closure of the Port Jack station.
The facility was shut last year, amid safety concerns about bin wagons parking on a blind bend.
Options and costs for new sites will be presented to the board as the local authority sets its new budget.
The issue will be on the agenda as Onchan Commissioners meet this evening, Monday, July 13.
