Living Hope Church says it's considering buying one of four sites in Peel, including the recently closed Manx Legion Club.
In a submission to the inquiry into the area plan for the West and North which gets underway this week, the church says it currently can't find a permanent base in the west and is instead renting QEII High School and St Johns Primary to hold meetings.
In the past, it's made approaches about sites including the former Peel Engineering factory and the DOI car park in St Johns.
Its submission says it is still considering Knockaloe Beg, a field off Lyndale Avenue, and Empire Garage as well as the Manx Legion.
