 
                            Negotiations are continuing to try and secure a landing stage in Liverpool for Manx ferries - but it looks likely the next government will have to make the final decision.
That's according to the Department of Infrastructure which says dialogue with Peel Ports, Liverpool City Council and the Steam Packet is on-going.
In the House of Keys yesterday Onchan MHK Peter Karran asked if safeguards will be implemented ahead of a proposed move to Waterloo Dock:
