Liverpool landing stage could boost ferry services

Prospective plans for a new Liverpool landing stage signal prosperity for Isle of Man ferry services:

That's the message from the Infrastructure Minister - last week, he met with Liverpool Mayor Joe Anderson to firm up blueprints for a relocation to Waterloo Dock.

TravelWatch oppose the plan to build a new service travel hub - it says Tynwald should be consulted before agreements are drafted.

Phil Gawne insists government will be involved in the process but it makes no sense to be put to public consultation:
