It's being reported that Liverpool's new ferry terminal will be ready to welcome its first passengers at the end of March.
The Liverpool echo confirmed the news, citing a Manx government spokesperson as having given them the all important update.
The terminal commenced work back in 2019, but has been dogged by a number of issues and delays which saw the initial price tag of £38 million jump to £70 million.
The first vessel to use the terminal will be the Steam Packet’s fast craft Manannan.
