The Island's Infrastructure Minister came under pressure to reveal the final cost of the Liverpool Ferry Terminal this week.
In the House of Keys, Tim Crookall said he was unable to provide a final figure becuase there's a legal dispute over the project.
He confirmed more than £72 million has already been spent building the Merseyside facility.
