The spiralling cost of a new Isle of Man government-funded ferry terminal in Liverpool is set for debate in Tynwald this week.
Earlier this month the Department of Infrastructure (DOI) announced that the project, which had been set to cost £38m, will now cost more than £70.6m.
This week, Manx politicians will be asked to approve an additional spend of £32.6m.
The DOI has put the rising costs down to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic and "unexpected issues with the site".
There's already been some political reaction to the news with one MHK calling it "outrageous" and the infrastructure minister himself, saying the rising costs are "deeply concerning".
